1. Booking and Payment
All bookings for Tour de Peshawar must be made through our official website. A full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the tour. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (if opted for payment on arrival). A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
• In the event of a cancellation by Tour de Peshawar due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or safety concerns, participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule the tour at a later date.

3. Health and Safety
Participants should ensure they are in good health and capable of engaging in physical activities, including walking, light trekking, and occasional climbing, during the tour. It is strongly recommended that individuals with pre-existing medical conditions or concerns consult a healthcare professional before booking. Tour de Peshawar is not responsible for any health-related issues that arise during the tour.

4. Liability Waiver
Tour de Peshawar is not liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the tour. By booking, participants agree to release the organizers and their staff from any responsibility for such events. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and adhere to the guidance provided by the tour leaders.

5. Tour Modifications and Cancellations
Tour de Peshawar reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the tour due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, political unrest, or natural disasters. In case of such changes, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative options such as rescheduling or a full refund will be provided.

6. Conduct and Behavior
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner throughout the tour. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, excessive alcohol consumption, or any actions that compromise the safety and enjoyment of the group, will not be tolerated. Any participant found to be engaging in inappropriate behavior may be removed from the tour without refund.

7. Photos and Media Consent
By participating in Tour de Peshawar, you grant permission to the organizers to take photographs and videos during the tour. These images and videos may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. If you do not wish to have your image used, please inform the tour organizers in advance.

8. Minimum Age Requirement
The minimum age for participating in the Tour de Peshawar is 12 years old. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Tour de Peshawar reserves the right to refuse participation if the age or health conditions of the participant do not meet the necessary requirements.

9. Group Size and Tour Availability
Tour de Peshawar tours are subject to availability and minimum group sizes. If the minimum number of participants required for a tour is not met, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, affected participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

10. Emergency Situations
In the case of an emergency during the tour, Tour de Peshawar will make every effort to assist the affected participant. However, participants are encouraged to carry their own personal health insurance to cover any unforeseen medical expenses or emergencies that may arise during the tour.

11. Privacy Policy
Your personal data, including contact information and payment details, will be handled with the utmost care and in accordance with our privacy policy. Tour de Peshawar will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary to facilitate your booking.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Tour de Peshawar reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued participation in the tour will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
